Assuming this position represents a distinguished national mandate and a profound responsibility that I embrace with dedication, guided by a strategic vision aimed at reinforcing the maritime safety framework in the Arab Republic of Egypt and advancing institutional performance in line with global best practices and standards set by leading maritime organizations.

The Authority remains steadfast in its pivotal role in regulating and overseeing maritime safety, implementing relevant international conventions, and providing technical and regulatory services that contribute to the protection of lives and property, the preservation of the marine environment, and the support of the national economy through secure vessel movement and facilitation of maritime trade.
